In an interview with Fox News Digital, she disclosed her efforts to uphold her husband's legacy by introducing the Sorvino Vino wine franchise and also mentioned that she and Paul were already collaborating on the project before his demise. The wine was launched on Valentine's Day and the media personality shared that a portion of the profits from Sorvino Vino will be donated to the Gay and Dottie Capers Foundation, a nonprofit organization that aids underprivileged families and at-risk youth.
