If you have ever been stumped on what to watch on your weekends off, thankfully there are tons of streaming services in addition to the cable networks you already have. Now, you can watch the hilarious The Three Stooges in Orbit special, starring Moe Howard, Larry Fine, and Joe DeRita (as Curly). The fate of the planet is in the Stooges' hands. How will they be able to save their planet? Slapstick humor, of course. Meet Me in St. Louis (1944) Warner Bros. Channel: Turner Classic Movies (Also: Vudu, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Google Play) Time: December 1st, 12 PM Meet Me in St. Louis, starring Judy Garland, is a timeless romantic comedy that focuses on the adventures of four sisters, learning about life and love. There are some song and dance in there, too, for music lovers! A Very Brady Christmas (1988) CBS Channel: ME TV (Also: Hulu) Time: December 2nd, 5 PM A Very Brady Christmas, starring the entire Brady family, focuses on Mike and Carol Brady, who are looking forward to spending Christmas with their children, however, it seems that everyone has a personal issue of some sort. The Shop Around the Corner (1940) Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Channel: Turner Classic Movies (Also: Vudu, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Google Play) Time: December 2nd, 8 PM The Shop Around the Corner, starring James Stewart and Margaret Sullavan, is a film for all the drama/romance fans out there. When the two main characters fail to agree on just about everything, finding themselves romantically interested in their pen pals, they have yet to find out that they are actually each other's pen pal. Pretty Woman (1990) Touchstone Pictures Channel: E! (Also: YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Google Play, Vudu) Time: December 1st, 6:30 PM Pretty Woman, a romantic comedy starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere, is a story about a prostitute and a businessman who fall for each other despite their initial intentions. The Catered Affair (1956) Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Channel: Turner Classic Movies (Also: YouTube, Google Play) Time: December 2nd, 1:45 PM The Catered Affair features famous names such as Debbie Reynolds, Rod Taylor, Bette Davis, and Ernest Borgnine. The story is centered around a woman named Jane who wants to plan a big, magnificent wedding. However, her parents simply cannot afford it and these issues begin taking a toll on Jane and her soon-to-be husband. Sixteen Candles (1984) Universal Pictures Platforms/Channels: Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Google Play, iTunes Sixteen Candles, starring Molly Ringwald, Justin Henry, and more, is centered around a teenage girl who is dealing with the fact that her parents forgot her birthday! How terrible. She's also dealing with the onset of a crush on her high school's most sought-after dream man. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) Produzioni Europee Associate Platforms/Channels: Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Google Play, Vudu, iTunes This 1966 film starring Clint Eastwood is staged during the Civil War era, a war between the Union and Confederacy. The plot is centered around three men, who are a loner, a hitman, and a Mexican bandit, who are searching the southwest portion of the United States looking for a strongbox containing $200,000 in gold. It's important to note that for those interested in using a streaming service, in most cases you need a subscription. Netflix subscriptions are as low as $9.99 a month and Hulu subscriptions are as low as $7.99 a month. Amazon Prime members have exclusive access to Amazon Prime videos!
