They are basically subdivisions but filled with all tiny homes. How cool is that? Check out a list of some of the best tiny home communities. See if there is one near you: Park Delta Bay in Isleton, CA Facebook Park Delta Bay is the only legal tiny house community in Northern California, just northeast of San Fransisco. The tiny homes that are allowed to park there have to have wheels. Can you imagine the weather and views of California? The park is also on the San Joaquin River and offers a swimming pool and a clubhouse for residents. LuxTiny Community in Lakeside, AZ Facebook In another beautiful setting, LuxTiny Community is located on six acres. They are also working on becoming a low-impact green community which will include a walking path, community garden with chicken coops and solar panels. You also get stunning mountain views. Gracious Tiny House Park in Okeechobee, FL Facebook This tiny home community used to be an RV park. They still allow RVs, but now include tiny homes. Acony Bell Tiny Home Village in Mills River, NC Facebook This tiny home village provides the land for people to park their tiny homes on. They offer areas for long-term residents and short-term visitors. They have a community fire pit, walking trails and even community gardens. Escalante Village in Durango, CO Facebook If you love the mountains and weather of Colorado, they have a very nice riverfront tiny home community. It has a boat dock, fishing docks, and even a laundromat for those tiny homes without a washer or dryer. It is also pet-friendly. The Shire Village at Mountaintown in Ellijay, GA Facebook This tiny home community is currently the largest in the southeast U.S. It aims to become the largest community in the United States. It has a river and lake access and lots of views of the mountains in Georgia. They currently have 25 tiny homes available to rent or you can bring your own tiny house to their property. WeeCasa in Lyons, CO Facebook They boast being the world’s largest tiny house resort. They offer tiny house rentals. The community started after a lot of people lost their homes in a flood in the area. Community First! Village in Austin, TX Facebook The main goal of this community is to help the homeless population in Austin. They provide affordable housing for people who have been previously living on the streets. They offer a medical facility, a community garden, an outdoor movie theater, and walking trails. Quioxte Communities in Olympia, WA Facebook Last but not least, this tiny home community is also for the homeless. They are working on additional housing just for homeless veterans.
