Time moves so fast these days and technology is always changing. Items that were part of our everyday lives years ago are now obsolete. Sometimes you may forget that you used them at all until you see a photo! Let's get a little nostalgic and take a look back at some items you probably haven't seen in years. Blank VHS tapes VHS tapes / Wikipedia Before the days of streaming services and DVRs, you had to record shows on VHS tapes. They never seemed to come out right either. 5. Playing Solitaire on your computer Winning Solitaire / Reddit Early Windows came with Solitaire and the cards would move around like this after you won. Nothing else was more satisfying! This is one thing I definitely don't miss. 8. Webbed lawn chairs Webbed lawn chairs / Flickr You might still have some of these lying around, but they aren't nearly as popular anymore. I haven't seen these in years! Do you still prefer sitting in these? 9. Soda caps with prizes Soda cap prizes / Reddit Remember when you could win prizes by buying soda and checking under the cap? Let's bring that back! 10. These permanent markers Permanent marker / Wikimedia Commons They had such a distinctive smell! They were most likely toxic, but we all smelled them anyway.
