The tiny homes that are allowed to park there have to have wheels. Can you imagine the weather and views of California? The park is also on the San Joaquin River and offers a swimming pool and a clubhouse for residents. LuxTiny Community in Lakeside, AZ Facebook In another beautiful setting, LuxTiny Community is located on six acres. They are also working on becoming a low-impact green community which will include a walking path, community garden with chicken coops and solar panels. You also get stunning mountain views. They offer tiny house rentals. The community started after a lot of people lost their homes in a flood in the area. Community First! Village in Austin, TX Facebook The main goal of this community is to help the homeless population in Austin. They provide affordable housing for people who have been previously living on the streets. They offer a medical facility, a community garden, an outdoor movie theater, and walking trails. Quioxte Communities in Olympia, WA Facebook Last but not least, this tiny home community is also for the homeless. They are working on additional housing just for homeless veterans.
