British-American actress Jane Seymour took to her Instagram page to advise her followers not to abandon their new year's resolutions despite the year being halfway done. The primetime Emmy Award winner recently posted a picture of herself on Instagram and Facebook, showing off her toned body while wearing a sports bra and leggings. In the posts, she showcased her flexibility while partaking in a pilates exercise. The former Bond girl, while speaking with Fox News Digital in 2020, stated that she does not support the idea of "some crazy diet" to keep fit. "I recently just dropped 14 pounds. I kind of got used to being bigger. Not that I was really huge or anything, but… in my family, there is type 2 diabetes. And my blood work was bordering on pre-diabetic." I don't need to go to the gym to do the things that are actually really good for my body. And having been a dancer, you have an understanding of form."
