6. “Big Love” (1987)
“Big Love” was a song from Tango In The Night, with vocals by Stevie Nicks. Buckingham wrote this song and it contains many of his signature musical traits.
7. “Rhiannon” (1975)
Taking inspiration from an old folk’s tale about a Welsh goddess, this song peaked at #11 in the US charts and #46 in the UK charts. Nicks and Buckingham created “Rhiannon” together, for instance.
8. “Tusk” (1979)
Written by Mick Fleetwood, this song was created with the help of the University of Southern California’s marching band.
9. “Dreams” (1977)
“Dreams” was Fleetwood Mac’s first number-one single in the US. In addition, it was a track from the album Rumours, which contains many songs heavy with emotion during a turbulent time for the band members.
“It’s all here – the McVies’ divorce, the Buckingham-Nicks break-up, Nicks’s affair with Fleetwood, all laid bare and written in 10 minutes by Nicks,” wrote The Independent.
10. “Hypnotized” (1973)
Bob Welsh, one of the guitarists and vocalists for the band wrote this song. As a result, it appeared on the album Mystery to Me.

Karen Fahel says
*sigh* where do I begin? First of all, these aren’t their greatest songs…greatest HITS, maybe, but there are some deeper, better cuts hidden among all that. Starting with “Why” and “Miles Away” from “Mystery To Me”; “Green Manalishi” and “World Keep On Turning” from the Peter Green days; “Storms” from “Tusk”; “Straight Back” from “Mirage”; and my personal favorite, the spoken word piece “These Strange Times” from “Time” (look it up).
Second, Stevie’s friend Robin’s baby not only lived, but is alive today. Stevie helped him go to college…but they’re not extremely close, circumstances being what they were. She also kept aside some of his mother’s belongings to give to him someday; I don’t know if she ever got to.
Fleetwood Mac is my all-time favorite band…ALL versions of the band. Heck; my graduation song was “Don’t Stop”, and my husband proposed to me to “Hold Me”.
