Alexandra Paul’s experience for more than 13 years was life-threatening for herself and other family members. She recalled that “the hardest part” of the situation was knowing that their stalker was following them and worrying they would get hurt. The stalker was “a white European woman, conventionally attractive, neatly dressed, and 20 years younger.”

Initially, Alexandra assumed the young woman trailing her around was innocent until she saw her enter her car through the passenger door as she was leaving the grocery store after shopping. Alexandra was utterly terrified and flew out of her car, running back to the store to ask for a security guard’s help. This particular experience had a profound emotional toll on her. However, her stalker did not stop after that attempt. Even after Alexandra got back into her car and locked the doors, her stalker continued to bang on the windows. The actress recalled how fearful it was for her even to raise her head to see what was happening.
