Instead, she notes that they hold on tight to one another “not like drowning people - but like two people who can’t believe their luck.” In Porizkova’s view, time was a key ingredient to get them exactly where they needed to be: into each other’s arms as the person each became right now. It was she who found Ocasek dead in his home and when he passed, they had been in the process of divorcing. She has said Ocasek controlled most of his life, yet when her son graduated college, she offered assurances that Ocasek would have been "proud." But this, and her brief relationship with Aaron Sorkin, all got her exactly where she needed to be - with Greenstein.
