Brooke Shields Flaunts Toned Abs On Beach Getaway With Her Daughters

Brooke Shields has a timeless beauty. The 59-year-old actress and model recently celebrated the holiday season in the Bahamas alongside her daughters, Rowan, 21, and Grier, 18, whom she shares with her husband, Chris Henchy. She shared a picture of the trio enjoying a sunny day at the beach in their bikinis.

Brooke Shields showed off her fit figure in a mocha-brown bikini paired with a chic straw hat, while her daughters sported complementary bikinis. Her oldest daughter, Rowan, opted for a dark brown two-piece bikini with gold-rimmed aviators and flowy palazzo pants, while Grier wore a teal bikini and floral cover-up.

This trip is a special moment for Brooke Shields, who has been adjusting to life since her last daughter went to university, a situation that made her call herself an “empty nester.” Both Rowan and Grier are attending Wake Forest University, leaving their mother with bittersweet feelings.

Brooke Shields recently opened up about how she has embraced this new chapter in her life, marveling at how her daughters have grown into confident young women. Reflecting on this, she shared, “All of a sudden, they’re not yours anymore. When you realize they are their own human beings, you get to meet them again. To have them reveal themselves to you, it’s a new type of relationship. I didn’t mold them, but I protected them enough so that they could become who they are, and I got out of the way.”

Rowan and Grier have started following in their mother’s footsteps. Grier models for notable brands like Tommy Hilfiger, showcasing her amazing look and unique fashion sense. For her prom, she wore Brooke Shields’ red Golden Globes gown, which she fitted into a graduation dress.
