Especially if you’re a Wendy’s lover. Every year, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption releases a list of the country’s employers with the best adoption benefits for employees. This year, American Express grabbed the No. 1 spot because it offers all employees—including part-time employees—up to $35,000 to help cover the cost of adoptions.
