Some people put a lot of importance on people’s last words on Earth. This is especially important for celebrities who will be remembered for years and years to come. These famous people have legions of fans who miss them and would love to know the last thing they pondered while alive. Elvis Presley's death is considered as a mystery. Many people believe that he is still alive, but in reality, the legendary singer died due to a heart attack on 16 August 1977. The comedian said a chilling and haunting line before taking the last breath. He said, "Die, my dear? Why that's the last thing I'll do!" 10 . James Brown Died: December 25, 2006 The late legendary singer James Brown died due to heart failure on December 25, 2006. According to reports, his last words were, "I'm going away tonight." 11. Heath Ledger Died: January 22, 2008 Heath Ledger's death was the most tragic one of the past decade. According to his father, the legendary actor, he said "Katie, Katie, look...it'll be fine, you know, I just need to get some sleep," to his sister. 12. Michael Jackson Died: June 25, 2009 On 25 June 2009, King of Pop took his last breath at his home in California. His last words were, "More milk." Michael used to call propofol as milk. 15. Whitney Houston Died: February 11, 2012 Whitney Houston's tragic death took place in her bathroom tub. She died due to a heart attack and her last words were reported to be, "I'm going to go and see Jesus." 16. Donald O’Connor Died: September 27, 2003 Donald O’Connor was a singer, dancer, and actor. He also hosted the Academy Awards in 1954. O'Connor died at age 78 with his family gathered around him. He joked, “I’d like to thank the Academy for my lifetime achievement award that I will eventually get.” He still hasn’t gotten one. 17. Soo developed cancer of the esophagus, and when was being wheeled into an operating room, he joked to Barney Miller co-star Hal Linden, “It must have been the coffee.” In a tribute episode, cast members raised coffee cups in Soo’s memory. 18. Joan Crawford Died: May 10, 1977 Actress Joan Crawford yelled at her housekeeper, who was praying as Crawford died. Crawford said, “Damn it! Don’t you dare ask God to help me!” 19. Leonard Nimoy Died: February 27, 2015 These may not be his last words, but Nimoy's last tweet was: "A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP."
