While making a guest appearance on a Tuesday episode of The Big Tigger Show on Audacy's V-103 in Atlanta, Ice-T opened up about how the birth of his 7-year-old daughter changed his life. The 65-year-old shared his thoughts on welcoming his child at his mid-life stage and spoke about his desire to be in excellent physical condition and health as he nurtures his daughter. “Muhammad Ali said it best, ‘When a man has a child in the second half of his life, after 50, it resets his life,’” he revealed on The Morning Show on March 25. “It started my life over. When Chanel was born, all of a sudden I got more healthy, I'm in shape. Because you can start to slow down — I can't start to slow down."
