The Beverly Hills, 90210 actress recently attended the ‘90s Con in Tampa, Florida, where she talked about her battle with the terminal disease during a panel session. The actress received a standing ovation from the audience as she joined the panel onstage. While speaking about her health and personal issues alongside her co-stars Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, and Gabrielle Carteris, Shannen expressed herself and teared up a little. She announced in June that it had spread to her brain while updating fans on the procedures she underwent to treat herself. I think I am really great,” she told the audience. Despite her ailing health, Shannen has used her popularity to shine the spotlight on the reality of cancer, removing the shame surrounding it. “Thank you so much.
