Bridget Fonda made another rare public appearance in Los Angeles this week, more than two decades after walking away from Hollywood. The 62-year-old former actress stepped out to run errands with a friend, offering fans another glimpse of the famously private star whose movies once made her a familiar face throughout the 1990s.
According to PageSix, Fonda kept the outing casual in a black shirt and loose black trousers layered beneath an oversized white button-up, finishing the look with white sneakers. The appearance followed another sighting in August, when photographers captured her leaving a Los Angeles restaurant. Page Six has highlighted her noticeably slimmer appearance during both recent outings.

The actress has rarely appeared publicly since leaving the entertainment industry more than 20 years ago. Her final screen role came in the 2002 television movie Snow Queen, after a career that included memorable performances in Single White Female, Jackie Brown, Point of No Return, and It Could Happen to You. She later focused much of her attention on family life and raising her son, Oliver.
Anyone hoping for a major comeback should probably not expect one. When a photographer asked in 2023 whether she wanted to act again, Fonda made her feelings clear, explaining that she enjoyed being a “civilian” too much. Her occasional appearances since then have only reinforced how different her life has become from the years when premieres, movie sets, and publicity events filled her schedule.
