Caravan is actually a tiny house hotel of sorts! They offer six tiny houses that you can stay in without owning. They also offer a BBQ and fire pit for their guests.

At Tiny Estates, you can rent the Kevin Hart tiny house. The actor himself curated the home with Booking.com. They currently have 25 tiny homes available to rent or you can bring your own tiny house to their property.

They boast being the world’s largest tiny house resort. They offer tiny house rentals. The community started after a lot of people lost their homes in a flood in the area.

The main goal of this community is to help the homeless population in Austin. They provide affordable housing for people who have been previously living on the streets. They offer a medical facility, a community garden, an outdoor movie theater, and walking trails.

Last but not least, this tiny home community is also for the homeless. They are working on additional housing just for homeless veterans. They also offer haircuts, life skills classes, and dinners for residents.
