This was Luke’s big chance to learn not only the ways and techniques to build a house but also some major life lessons that come only with putting bookish knowledge into practice in the real world. This was his dad’s vision for a son who did way more than just sit around and waste the glorious summer days.
51/2 feet wide and 10 feet long, Luke’s tiny home is a beautiful, highly functional tiny homemade mostly with reclaimed materials. Have a look here at the teeny living room which is probably the coziest place to read a thriller.
Luke’s makeshift kitchen is a simple one with a counter and it takes you straight out to the backside sitting area. His humble abode also has a ladder that takes you up the loft which is adorned with nothing but a mattress. Sounds like heaven for a true minimalist! Now, to the kitchen, his true masterpiece. There are a lot of nice kitchens around but this one takes the cake. 😉
