Many celebrities have been invited to Hef’s exclusive parties over the years and it’s probably a pretty good opportunity for these girls to meet other rich and influential men…If they didn’t have to sit by Hef all the time that is.

Hef paid for whatever plastic surgery his girls were after so there were probably quite a few wrapped faces around the mansion.
