73-Year-Old Pierce Brosnan Makes Rare Red Carpet Appearance With Wife And Sons

Pierce Brosnan turned a film premiere into a family affair this week, stepping onto the red carpet with his wife, Keely Shaye Smith, and their sons Dylan and Paris. The appearance marked a rare public outing for the family and gave fans a fresh look at the former James Bond star alongside the next generation of Brosnans.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the 73-year-old actor attended the premiere of Seniors at the 2026 Indiewood Film Festival at the TCL Chinese Theatre. Paris Brosnan stars in the new film, making the evening as much a celebration of his growing acting career as it was a stylish family reunion.

Pierce Brosnan Steps Out to Support Son Paris

Forever one of the most handsome actors to play James Bond, Pierce Brosnan made a rare family red-carpet appearance with wife Keely Shaye Smith and their sons Dylan, 29, and Paris, 25, at the Los Angeles premiere of Paris’ new film Seniors.

For the event, Pierce Brosnan wore a relaxed blue linen suit, while Paris chose a classic black suit, tie, and red-tinted sunglasses. Dylan arrived in a khaki suit, and Keely wore a pink lace dress. The family posed together before Brosnan also took several photos with Paris, keeping the spotlight firmly on his son’s latest project.

The outing stood out because the family does not often appear together on red carpets. Brosnan was last photographed at a major public event with his family during the GQ Man of the Year Awards in 2022. This time, however, the occasion had an especially personal connection because Paris was premiering a film of his own.

His Sons Have Been Following Him Into Hollywood

In the film, Paris plays a teenager completing community service at a retirement home who forms a bond with a former war correspondent played by John Rhys-Davies. The role continues a path into acting that Paris and Dylan have already explored alongside their father. Both sons appeared with Pierce Brosnan in the 2025 Western The Unholy Trinity. Brosnan later described working with them as a meaningful experience, saying that sharing a movie set gave the family something lasting beyond the project itself. Paris has also admitted that acting initially felt intimidating, especially because he grew up watching his father work on major films.

Dylan and Paris grew up visiting Brosnan on his James Bond sets, giving them an early look at the industry they would later enter themselves. Family has long remained central to Pierce Brosnan’s public story, making this appearance especially meaningful. Rather than being the star of the night, he was there as a proud father watching the next generation step forward.
