Meet the children of Jane Seymour

For decades, Jane Seymour has captivated audiences with memorable performances in projects like Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. Away from the cameras, however, the award-winning actress has always said her greatest role is being a mother to her six children.

According to People, while balancing a successful acting career, Seymour built a close-knit family that includes both her biological children and former stepchildren. She has often emphasized that love—not biology—defines her family, and that philosophy continues to shape their strong relationships today.

The actress has repeatedly explained that family comes before everything else. Throughout her career, she even turned down certain roles when they would have kept her away from home for too long. She believes listening, communicating, and staying involved in her children’s lives have always mattered more than professional success.

Jane Seymour has six children who have pursued careers across several fields. Jenni Flynn Adams co-founded a cybersecurity company focused on protecting people from online abuse, while Katherine Flynn works as an actress, producer, director, photographer, and philanthropist. Sean Flynn has built a career as a filmmaker, photographer, and designer. Meanwhile, John Keach has explored music and visual art, while his twin brother Kristopher Keach transitioned from professional baseball into the financial industry. Kalen Keach has also worked in entertainment, both in front of and behind the camera.

Today, the children of Jane Seymour remain close to their mother, often supporting charitable efforts like the Open Hearts Foundation, which she co-founded. Seymour also treasures being a grandmother and frequently shares moments with her grandchildren. Whether they’ve pursued careers in entertainment, business, art, or philanthropy, her children reflect the family values and compassion she has long championed. Despite her celebrated television career, Seymour says her most cherished role is being with her family.
