During the event in Los Angeles, Seymour explained how she’s managed to stay a size 4 through the years. She credits the Mediterranean style of eating, which focuses on fresh ingredients like tomatoes, olives, fish, and olive oil. According to her, it isn’t just healthy, it also tastes great and never feels boring.

She also doesn’t load up on big breakfasts. Instead, she starts her day with something light and full of protein, then enjoys her main meal later in the day. This method, she explained, helps her feel good while also making it easier to stay consistent. Rather than following trends or obsessing over what not to eat, Seymour prefers to stick with what feels right and fuels her body.

Jane Seymour grows her vegetables herself

For Jane Seymour, eating well doesn’t mean hunting down hard-to-find ingredients. The actress grows many of her vegetables right in her backyard, making it easier to keep her meals fresh. She loves pairing fish with greens and often reaches for savory snacks like pistachios, hummus, and raw vegetables when she’s in between meals.

Her eating habits aren’t driven by strict rules or cheat days. Instead, she simply chooses foods that make her feel good. She explained that when you enjoy what you eat, there’s no pressure to cheat or feel like you’re missing out. This mindset has helped her stay steady with her health without needing to overhaul her life every few months.
