Mounjaro is a diabetes medication that has gained traction for its weight loss side effects and has been part of O’Donnell’s regimen in recent months. In a previous TikTok video, she mentioned that the shift in her lifestyle, especially after moving from Los Angeles to Ireland, played a significant role in her progress.

Without a personal chef, she has been preparing meals for herself and her child, Clay, and that hands-on change has been a turning point. O’Donnell also acknowledged the emotional side of weight loss, noting how physical changes have impacted her body image and confidence.

Support from fans

The post drew a flood of positive reactions, with many fans applauding O’Donnell’s progress and enthusiasm for life. Several fans emphasized how good she looked and how inspiring it was to see her return to stand-up comedy. Other fans appreciated her transparency about her health and weight struggles and gave support and encouragement.

“Good for you, Rosie!!!!! Shine ON!” one fan wrote in the comments, and another added, “You look amazing! Most importantly, I hope you feel amazing.”  Another commented, “You look amazing, and do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Besides, it’s about how you feel. You have to feel so much better! Very proud of YOU!!! ???❤️.” Though O’Donnell did not specify where the stand-up set took place, the stage setting and her comfort on the mic suggested a live performance, which many longtime fans welcomed. Right now, Rosie O’Donnell is focusing on well-being, self-care, and getting back to making people laugh.
