Drew Scott‘s house is filling up! Scott, of Property Brothers fame, just celebrated the birth of his second child with his wife of six years, Linda Phan. The couple is now the proud parents of a daughter who they named Piper Rae.
Scott and Phan met back in 2010 at Toronto Fashion Week and formally tied the knot at a sweet, lighthearted ceremony in May 2018. Four years later, they welcomed their first child, this one a son they named Parker.

On Tuesday, May 21, an announcement went up on the website he shares with his brother, Drew & Jonathan, celebrating the birth of Scott’s second child with Linda. “Piper is healthy, Linda is healthy,” the website statement confirms, “and seeing Parker excited to be a big brother is adorable.”

“He’s curious, helpful and maybe a little jealous,” Scott added of Parker. “We got him his own baby doll so he can take care of his baby while we take care of ours.”
The statement also shares from the couple that, “We are over the moon.”

Scott also gave the world its first glimpse at the newest addition to the Scott-Phan household. “Our family of 3 has become 4!” he shared earlier this week on Instagram. “Piper Rae, I love you with all my heart.” The post is accompanied by a photo of baby Piper’s tiny baby foot, looking too cute beside the hands of her adoring loved ones.
So far, Piper has graced her avid fans with some baby messes, which themselves provided a fresh new experience for Scott, albeit a stinky one.
“I was proud that in the past two years, Parker had never peed on me while changing him,” he mused before revealing, “Piper has already peed on me twice!” Already looking to outpace her big brother, it seems!
There have already been some lines drawn in the sand, too, as Scott revealed, “Parker thinks Jonathan is the funniest human in the world,” referring to his twin and fellow Property Brother. “I’m curious to see if Piper thinks the same.”
But he’s also ready to be there for his kids every step of the way, missing as little as feasible. “We really want to be as involved as possible in their early years. Playing, adventures, school activities, coaching, whatever they love. We’ll be there.”
