Just after Betty White‘s beach house sold for over the asking price, her main home in Brentwood is up for sale. Betty passed away on New Year’s Eve at the age of 99. Her Brentwood home, where she lived for over 50 years, is listed for $10.5 million by Marlene Okulick of Sotheby’s International Realty – Pacific Palisades Brokerage.
The 3,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms and six baths. Betty and her late husband Allen Ludden purchased the property back in 1968 and reportedly loved the privacy and closeness to Hollywood studios.

The home sits on a three-quarter-acre and also includes a three-car garage, a pool, and a guesthouse. Many famous stars hung out at the house including Burt Reynolds and Jimmy Stewart.
According to the listing the home is “located in prestigious Brentwood Park, this property with huge parklike grounds, views of the Getty Museum and mountains has been lovingly cared for. Gated and set back from the street on over 3/4 of an acre, the setting is peaceful with flower filled gardens and old growth trees.”
The property is only being shown to qualified buyers so fans cannot just visit the home to see where Betty and Allen lived. Unfortunately, photos of the inside have not been released either but the outdoor area and pool look beautiful. Could you see yourself living in Betty’s old home?
