Actor Devin Ratray is facing serious medical and legal troubles, after he was reportedly hospitalized "in critical condition," which put a delay on a domestic violence trial he was scheduled to attend today. The trial is put on pause while the Home Alone actor is "back home resting on doctor’s orders," according to a source. By time of writing, there has been no specific condition named for his hospitalization, but Ratray's defense attorney, Scott Adams, attributed it to heart issues, which led to Ratray being admitted into the intensive care unit. He has further been accused of covering her mouth with his hand during an argument and of punching her repeatedly in the face after she bit his hand in an attempt to escape. An Oklahoma City police detective said in a court affidavit that "while strangling the victim, stated the following: 'This is how you die.'" Ratray denies hitting or strangling the woman. "It was (a) point of contention for him his whole life and it's something that I dealt with a lot when we were dating and that's why he'd never done these cons before because he didn't want to promote that he was in 'Home Alone."
