Lately, the award director, Clint Eastwood, has been under a lot of stress due to the death of his ex-girlfriend, Christian Sandera, and more recently, the arrest of his daughter, Francesca.
Eastwood’s daughter was arrested for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend, and the negative publicity for the family is taking a toll on the 94-year-old’s health as he is still mourning Sandra who he was in a relationship with since 2014, until her death this year at age 61.
Clint Eastwood suffers heartbreak in his final days
An insider shared that Eastwood’s final days haven’t been all peaceful as his mental health has taken a further hit with Francesca’s recent brush with the law. The source claimed that saying the director “is feeling down is a gross understatement” as he seems to be struggling hard to cope with life.
The close source added that, although Eastwood is concerned about her daughter, however, the director is choosing to prioritize his mental health while he tries to navigate his loss and family troubles. However, the insider noted that Eastwood still tries to stay in touch with Francesca as he finds “peace” in his old age.
Clint Eastwood is living care-free
Turning 94 made a difference in Eastwood’s life as he shared that he stopped caring about societal standards of living while he focused on living life as it comes. Sadly, his final days are hall marked by heartbreaking news that is causing the director a lot of pain. It would be nice to see Eastwood back on his feet enjoying his old age and prioritizing family time with his 8 children and wonderful grandkids.
Career-wise, Eastwood recently directed his supposed final movie, Juror No. 2 which also starred Francesca in a minor role and fans are awaiting the release on the 1st of November 2024. Hopefully, the movie will garner good reviews and ratings which will go a long way in having a positive effect on Eastwood’s mental health.
