Peter Frampton has achieved his longtime goal of being a Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame inductee, and the Humble Pie bandmate is beyond thankful. He expressed gratitude to his late fellow rocker Steve Marriot and industry friends like Bill Wyman, George Harrison, Harry Nilsson, and David Bowie.
Before the wholesome moment, Peter performed “Baby (Somethin’s Happening)” and a duet of “Do You Feel Like We Do?” with Keith Urban, showcasing the incredible musical talent that brought him so far. He ended his award speech by acknowledging his fans for their support over the years.

Peter was present at last year’s induction ceremony, where he performed “Every Day Is a Winding Road” with one of the night’s inductees, Sheryl Crow. A year later, the 74-year-old took second place after Dave Matthew’s Band in the Hall of Fame’s fan vote category.
It has been over six decades since Peter got into music as a child singer, joining multiple bands until Humble Pie at 18. He left the group shortly after to pursue an independent career, snagging accolades along the way, including a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1979.

He has been on his Positively Thankful tour for most of the year and collaborated with Mark Knopfler on “Going Home: Theme of the Local Hero” for charity.
Aside from his music career, Peter is a father of three from two of three ex-wives, Barbara Gold and Tina Elfers. As the renowned guitarist approaches his mid-seventies, he is happy to keep entertaining fans but also relishing every moment until his final note.
