6. John Travolta – Boeing 707, Estimated $4.5 Million

The famous actor is a well-known aviation enthusiast. He holds a pilot’s license so it is not really a surprise that he has a small collection of aircraft in his private airport/home in Florida. His hobby has turned into an investment of more than $50 million as he owns 4 airplanes. The Boeing 707 is no longer his property as he donated it to the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society, not surprising for an actor known for charity and philanthropy.

7. BONO – Kingdom Come, Estimated $22 Million

The frontman of U2 and one of the richest musicians in the world has made large donations to charity but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t splash some cash on his own comfort. When he went shopping for a yacht, he paid an estimated $22 million for the 198-foot-long “Kingdom Come” which is more similar to a luxury hotel than a ship. Master suite, enormous deck, marble bathroom, hot tub and gold-plated furniture ensure he sails like a prince.

8. Harrison Ford – Cessna 680 Sovereign, Estimated $18 Million

Another certified pilot, Harrison Ford has been into flying since his Star Wars days. He owns 8 different aircraft, both airplanes and helicopters and even helps with search and rescue missions when needed. Unfortunately, he has been involved in a number of accidents and we hope the famous actor has made a will and has a life insurance as flying can prove quite deadly.

9. Celine Dion – Bombardier Global Express, Estimated $42 Million

A successful, independent woman like the singer Celine Dion knows what she wants and she has the bank account to get it. She paid around $42 million for her own luxury jet which comes with an all-leather interior, room for as much as 14 passengers and a kitchen where her chef prepares her meals. A lesser celebrity would soon go bankrupt, with yearly costs at around $3 million!
