6. Pamela Adlon, Rebecca
Then: Back then, Pamela Adlon was known as Pamela Segall, and she played the role of Rebecca, one of Lloyd’s less tolerant friends. Adlon had also appeared on the shows ‘The Facts of Life’ and ‘Night Court.’
Now: Adlon went on to use her voice talents on several animated projects, most notably as Bobby Hill on ‘King of the Hill’ and Ashley Spinelli on ‘Recess.’ She teamed up with Louis C.K. to play his wife on his short-lived HBO project ‘Lucky Louie,’ and has a recurring role on his FX series ‘Louie’ as his friend, Pamela. 7. Loren Dean, Joe

8. Joan Cusack, Constance Dobler
Then: Joan Cusack, John Cusack’s real-life sister, played his onscreen sister Constance Dobler, though the role was uncredited. She had also previously appeared with her brother in ‘Sixteen Candles’ and ‘Broadcast News,’ and was known for her role in ‘Working Girl.’
Now: Cusack is known for roles in ‘My Blue Heaven,’ ‘Addams Family Values,’ ‘Nine Months,’ and ‘In and Out,’ and is the voice of Jessie in the ‘Toy Story’ films. 9. Bebe Neuwirth, Mrs. Evans
Then: Bebe Neuwirth made her film debut as Mrs. Evans, one of Lloyd’s teachers who suggests he applies at a college in his hometown. Neuwirth was known for playing Lilith Crane, wife of Frasier Crane, on the sitcom ‘Cheers.’
Now: Neuwirth also appeared with ‘Say Anything…’ co-star John Mahoney on ‘Frasier,’ where she guest-starred on a dozen episodes during the show’s run. She’s appeared in the films ‘Jumanji,’ ‘The Faculty,’ ‘Summer of Sam,’ ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days,’ and the 2009 update of ‘Fame.’ She’s had recurring roles on ‘Law and Order: Trial by Jury,’ ‘The Good Wife,’ ‘Bored to Death,’ and more recently, ‘Blue Bloods.’ Neuwirth is also a talented stage actress, who has appeared in productions of ‘Chicago’ and ‘Funny Girl,’ and played Morticia in the Broadway production of ‘The Addams Family’ from 2010 to 2011.
