There has always been an air of mystery when in comes to our favorite celebs, especially when it comes to musicians. People always want to about the men and women behind the music. Thankfully for a lot of us there are documentaries, artfully crafted films that give a sneak peak into the minds and lives of the people that create the music that has touched our hearts. So, today DoYouRemember has compiled a list of our favorite rock docs.

Madonna: Truth or Dare (1991)

Watch the queen of pop do what she does best: cuddle with naked gay guys. Apart from that, you get a glimpse at her short-lived relationship with famed Hollywood leading man Warren Beatty. Their mercurial tryst juxtaposes the old and new paradigms of celebrity, summed up in Beatty’s infamous words: “She doesn’t want to live off-camera.”
