Elvis Presley’s Graceland is feeling alive once again through the eyes of his granddaughter, Riley Keough. The short film is titled IN PROCESS: RILEY KEOUGH, and it takes fans back into the home where the king of rock and roll lived, played, and made countless memories. It is filled with love, stories, and family bonds of several years.
The film shows Riley nostalgically going back to her roots. The actress depicted Graceland as precisely what it is: a piece of musical history, filled with memories of her growing up. Among those touched by this movie is Linda Thompson, Elvis’s greatest love, who opened up about the rush of emotions it stirred in her.

Linda Thompson could not hold in her emotions when she saw those spaces. “This tugs at my heart,” she wrote. Reflecting on the memoir co-written by Riley Keough and her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, Linda calls it “gut-wrenching, exquisite, and such an honest and affectionate tribute to someone [she] loved very much…. Lisa Marie [Presley].”
Linda lived in the Graceland home from 1972 to 1976 alongside Elvis. She also played a significant role in shaping the home’s interior, adding her style to its peacock-stained glass, designing the “P” motif on the entrance, and bringing her touch to the jungle room. The short film highlights the feeling that Graceland was a true home.
