Charlene Tilton is revisiting her time on one of the most-watched series of the ’80s and what it was like to step into stardom almost overnight. At just 17 years old, she became a household name as Lucy Ewing on Dallas, the primetime drama that captivated millions with the tangled lives of the Ewing family.
Now in her 60s, Tilton recently looked back on her experience during an interview with Woman’s World. She revealed how unprepared she felt when first cast and how she quickly learned important lessons from her seasoned co-stars. In the series, Tilton was surrounded by veterans like Barbara Bel Geddes, Jim Davis, and Larry Hagman, and she observed their disciplined approach to work.
