According to reports detailing her passing, The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to a distress call at the actress’s Malibu, California, home on the 24th of March. Emergency services promptly arrived at the scene, and she was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Law enforcement officials revealed that the exact cause of her death remains sketchy, pending an autopsy, but they found out that Santangelo had previously had cosmetic injections before the incident. This discovery has now raised questions about her death, especially given the risks that are associated with such procedures.
