Denise, a social media user, recently revealed the secret behind her grandfather’s remarkable health and longevity. She attributed the vitality of the man who lived up to the age of 96 to a drink that he consumed religiously every day. Denise clarified that the drink was created from a range of vegetables from his refrigerator mixed with other additional nutrient-packed ingredients, including bran, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.

She underlined that all through his life, her grandfather never missed a day of drinking this healthy mixture, which she thinks was crucial in preserving his strong health as he maintained a high level of cognitive engagement and smartness until the very last day of life.

In another news which has also offered insight on health living, a 96-year-old woman shared her insights about maintaining youthfulness and overall well-being. In an interview with GlycanAge, Neda disclosed that due to her heritage as being born in Korčula, Croatia, she grew up with a preference for natural remedies as against conventional medicine, explaining that whenever she feels pain, she avoids pills, but instead focuses on rest and sleep.

She also linked her longevity and vitality to a combination of factors. While she acknowledged that genetics most likely played a role, citing her grandfather, who lived to 100, and her parents, who passed away at 85, she believed that a long and healthy life requires more than just good genes. She stresses the importance of maintaining a balanced diet, staying socially engaged, remaining physically active, and maintaining a high level of discipline.
