She attributed the vitality of the man who lived up to the age of 96 to a drink that he consumed religiously every day. Denise clarified that the drink was created from a range of vegetables from his refrigerator mixed with other additional nutrient-packed ingredients, including bran, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
She underlined that all through his life, her grandfather never missed a day of drinking this healthy mixture, which she thinks was crucial in preserving his strong health as he maintained a high level of cognitive engagement and smartness until the very last day of life.
