Boy George is diligently working on a payment plan for the money and according to him, he has been forced to restructure his assets and merge some of his companies to effectively manage the debt. Despite the setback, Boy George has been able to keep the flow of his earnings going.

He has been selling his artwork through Castle Fine Art, and some of the limited-edition prints have been sold for as much as £17,000. His Broadway comeback has also been a huge earner, with his current stint in Moulin Rouge being a commercial success. Culture Club’s next tour of Europe is also set to rake in big bucks for him.

Why is Boy George heavily indebted to his old bandmate, Jon Moss?

Boy George and Jon Moss’s court issue was an in-band dispute. Moss, Culture Club’s original member and drummer for many years, claimed that he had been unjustly fired from the band in 2018. Moss sued Boy George and the band and asked for huge amounts of money to give back to him.
