Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin’s marriage of 27 long years and three children, has stood the test of time. However, things have not always been smooth for the couple; they’ve had their fair share of ups and downs.
In the inaugural episode of Fox Nation’s new long-form interview show with Sean Hannity on December 3, Stallone revealed that he once sent a six-page breakup letter to Flavin through FedEx.

Apparently, Stallone sent the letter because he didn’t have the courage to face Flavin in person. At the time, the actor was having an affair with supermodel Janice Dickinson, who claimed she was carrying his baby. Jennifer later revealed that when she received the letter, she wasn’t aware the breakup was tied to his affair with Janice. Describing the six-page handwritten letter, she remarked that it was “pretty sloppy” and added, “You can’t just write somebody off in a letter.”
The couple had already been together for six years when this happened, making the breakup particularly difficult. Reflecting on his actions, the 76-year-old actor admitted that breaking up through a letter was the “most insincere” way to end a relationship. During their separation, he realized Flavin was his “sun, moon, and everything.” A year later, the couple reconciled after a DNA test proved Janice’s baby was not his.

In their 25th year of marriage, the couple faced another rough patch in 2022 when Flavin filed for divorce. Sources claimed they were unhappy and dealing with unresolved issues, and Flavin was tired of it. They reversed their decision, reconciled after just a month ,and decided to work on their marriage.
Despite their tough times, Stallone and Flavin are still going strong as a couple, frequently expressing their love for each other at every opportunity. The couple now stars in a family reality show, The Family Stallone, with their three children, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet.
