Goldie Hawn has remained in the limelight since launching her career in the mid-’60s. At that time, she was around 21. Today, she’s 77 and has been transparent and unashamed of the aging process, a choice that has fans making comments all across the spectrum of positive and negative, especially in a recent photo showing off Hawn’s figure.
A recent photo shows Hawn in a tank top, showing off some cleavage. While the comments have been divided online, Hawn can always count on unwavering adoration from her partner, Kurt Russell, with the two remaining by each other’s side for nearly four decades despite never formally tying the knot. She also has her own confident approach to aging as a natural thing to be embraced.

Over on Twitter, the user MAVERICK X shared a photo of Hawn in a tank top with a few necklaces on and her eyes hidden behind some sunglasses. She does not appear to have much on in the way of makeup, either face makeup or concealer or toner on the rest of her. The post’s caption asks, “What’s happening to her?”

Responses have been mixed. “Time is happening, it will happen to you too,” one replied. Another agreed, “77 birthdays and no makeup. She’s one of the rare, rational Hollywood types.” Another defended Hawn, saying, “She’s absolutely lovely and she’s 77, she looks great. My Mom lives in a 55+ community in Florida and many women in that neighborhood are around that age that don’t look as youthful as Goldie.”
Others took a neutral stance, simply saying, “Old age and gravity.”
There were also comments like “Holy crap. I thought this was a man” and “Age really does a number on us. She was so pretty.”
Hawn has a positive mindset and is ready to keep things natural
Back in 2015, Hawn made it abundantly clear she was comfortable with aging and had no plans of defying the process; she would show her natural looks with pride.
“Getting older is a fact of life,” she said in a June issue of Porter. “By living mindfully you understand that there are many transitions in life. You just go through them.”
“It’s all about how you make it. It’s all in your mind,” she continued. “It’s wonderful to know you’re aging, because that means you’re still on the planet, right?”
