Fleetwood Mac was founded in London in 1967 and would go on to become one of the biggest and most influential music groups of all-time. They sold more than 100 million records worldwide, also making them one of the most successful groups, with hits like “Dreams,” “Go Your Own Way,” and “Everywhere.”

Consisting of band members Mick Fleetwood, Christine and John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks, the band saw commercial success throughout the ’70s and ’80s, and are still remembered as one of the best, despite a tumultuous turnout of some of the band members. McVie’s death comes just two years after the death of Fleetwood Mac co-founder Peter Green’s death at 73.
