The outlet further claims that Jardine had a dramatic reaction to the paperwork and tried to deny being served. 81-year-old Al Jardine is a musician known for co-founding the Beach Boys. Jardine was served at Tampa International Airport, the outlet writes. According to a court document claimed by RadarOnline, the filing seeks in compensation "money damages of $100,000 plus interest at the judgment rate plus legal fees ." The agreement was allegedly made in writing and yet Jardine did not honor it. Chasky further claims that over $30k in investments had been made by him to see this arrangement unfold. He is approached by two servers, with one being a federal court reporter in Sarasota, Florida. In the video, Jardine appears to try and dodge the server and avoid accepting the lawsuit. At one point, Jardine says "You guys leave or I'm going to get security." The server counters that he is allowed to be there to do his job. Jardine seems to yell before letting the paperwork fall to the floor, where he left it and walked away. A similar fate awaited the second server's documents when Jardine was approached soon after.
