Mayim Bialik is know for many things; she's the face of Amy on NBC's The Big Bang Theory, and serves as co-host of Jeopardy! beside Ken Jennings. Bialik is also known for sporting a typically cozy look that blends casual, comfortable, and formal. But recently, she shared footage of herself while sporting a new style that has her 4.6 million followers seeing stars. Throughout her time in the spotlight, especially as co-host of Jeopardy!, Bialik, 47, has been the subject of criticism by commenters noting how she keeps her wardrobe limited to a particular "geeky" look, sometimes repeating the same style within a short span of time. Bialik has dismissed the comments, saying, "The fact is we don’t live in a culture where I can wear a gray suit and then a blue suit, but maybe next year we’ll see." While Bialik usually favors cardigans, long skirts, and sweaters, in the video, she is seen wearing a black dress with a scooped front and asymmetrical, ruffled hemline that lands just above the knee. Fans noticed the change in style and praised Bialik's appearance.
