Family Has Always Been An Important Part Of Her Life
The upcoming wedding adds another chapter to Osmond’s large family story. She is a mother of eight and has also become a grandmother. Her oldest son, Stephen James Craig Jr., whom she welcomed with husband Steve Craig in 1983, has four children of his own. Osmond later welcomed seven children during her marriage to Brian Blosil. They had two biological children, Rachael and Matthew, and adopted Jessica, Michael, Brandon, Brianna, and Abigail. Tragically, Michael died in 2010 at age 18.
Meanwhile, Marie Osmond has experienced an unusual love story of her own. She first married Steve in 1982, but the couple divorced in 1985. She married Blosil the following year, and their marriage lasted until 2007. Years later, however, Osmond and Steve quietly found their way back to each other after reconnecting through their son. They remarried in 2011, more than 25 years after their divorce. Now, as Matthew prepares to begin his own marriage, his mother appears delighted to watch another love story unfold within their growing family.
