MeTV is bringing viewers a Very Merry offer ahead of the holidays, adding more than 100 programs, including holiday-themed episodes of beloved sitcoms, TV movies, animated classics, and the like.
Customers get to experience a healthy dose of nostalgia from their favorite series and the newer generation have the privilege of seeing some for the first time. The offer runs from November 24, starting with Happy Days, until Christmas day with The Waltons closing the curtain.
What to expect from the Very Merry MeTV special offer
The Thanksgiving wave begins with the “First Thanksgiving” episode from Happy Days season five, where Fonzie, Potsie, Ralph, and Joanie plan to celebrate with the Cunninghams; however, they have to get a turkey at the last minute as they forget to get one earlier.
The day continues with two episodes of The Beverly Hillbillies featuring Max Baer and Nancy Culp, Gilligan’s Island and Mama’s Family. More episodes of Happy Days and Beverly Hillbillies will reappear in December, amid additions like Adam-12 and The Wild Wild West.
Making merry after a spooky MeTV experience
As MeTV gears up for the festive holiday marathon, their holiday specials are still ongoing with their Svengoolie’s Halloween BOOnanza featuring spooky classics like The Twilight Zone, Kolchak: The Night Stalker, and their animation Sventoonie. They also introduced new shows like the House of Svengoolie starring Sarah Palmer and Bill Leff.
The Halloween schedule kicked off on October 5, and will wrap up next week to make way for Merry MeTV. MeTV viewers are excited as they look forward to nostalgic reruns with family and friends. “Gilligan’s Island was my favorite show growing up. My dad would always say they are never getting off this island. I’m amazed and thankful they never did a reboot. Closest thing we got was Castaway, which Tom Hanks is a mastermind,” an enthusiastic fan gushed on social media.
