-year-old Paulina Porizkova has had an eventful life of triumph and emotional turmoil. After a rollercoaster marriage to Ric Ocasek ended with his passing in 2019, it would be several years before Porizkova found love again, but when she did, she considered it “exactly the right time.”
Supermodel Porizkova hinted for months last spring at a new love interest in her life. Just in time for the couple’s three-month anniversary, Porizkova confirmed she was in a relationship with TV writer Jeff Greenstein, celebrating the occasion with an adorable photo of the two of them kissing in Paris. This latest romantic update comes after a journey of discovery about the most powerful emotion we can feel.

In a vulnerable Instagram posts, Porizkova discussed the journey of love she underwent to find herself with whom she was meant to be. “We hold each other all night,” she shared. “Tightly, interwoven, clutching one another — not like drowning people — but like two people who can’t believe their luck.”

The accompanying photos show her and Greenstein leaning against one another, with Greenstein at one point placing a tender kiss on Porizkova’s head.
Porizkova went on, “We both wake during the night and snuggle in closer. Overwhelmed by gratitude that the other exists. And that we met. We wish we had met earlier. Much earlier.” For instance, she provided, meeting when they were teens or in their thirties. “But when we unravel these wistful thoughts,” she added, “we find we met exactly at the right time. Because time is what has made us perfect for one another right now.”
The stars aligned for love at first perfectly-timed meeting
Jeff Greenstein, who Porizkova got together with almost two years after splitting from screenwriter and director Aaron Sorkin, enjoys much success as a TV writer, director, and producer. According to Daily Mail, the two met through the dating app Raya, which Porizkova confirmed with a social media post of her own that revealed she had no further need of it.
“Deleting the dating app on which we met,” said Porizkova in her post. “Thank you @Raya and goodbye.”
She also took time to thank her fans who supported her through what was an emotional path to the exact love at the exact time she was meant for, adding, “Thank you, thank you all ever so much for the outpouring of love and support for my happiness. I’m overcome with your generosity.”
