Baby Grace Warrior is wasting no time showing the world she is a force of nature in her own right. The daughter of Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell is taking after mom and dad, but Grace also reminds Bindi of the legendary Steve Irwin in a powerful way.
Grace, born on March 25, 2021, never got to meet her famous Crocodile Hunter host grandfather Steve. But her parents and grandmother Terri have kept his legacy alive and accessible for Grace, who at three years old is actually doing the same with her determined zest for life.

May 11 marked the annual Steve Irwin Gala, a celebration of the conservationist’s life and work. At the event, Bindi spoke with E! News about Grace and her striking similarities to the Grandpa Crocodile she never got to meet.

“I see so much of dad in our beautiful daughter Grace,” shared Bindi. “She has so much fiery, passionate energy about her. She just is a determined woman and she never stops moving. I mean, she’s 3 so she is a very busy girl.”
“She thinks that it’s her job to make all the make sure all the animals are cared for,” she went on. “She is the kindest and most beautiful soul while also having this fiery energy that’s like dad and I love it. I love it so much.”

Grace also proved to have a positively magical aura about her during the gala. The youngster was photographed wearing a sleeveless puffy sage green dress. The muted pastel fabric was accented by large, three-dimensional, pale pink flowers across much of the upper half of the dress and some of the skirt.
“While I attended the Steve Irwin Gala Dinner – Grace got some wonderful time with her amazing Dada,” gushed Bindi in the captions. “Chandler, you’re the best Dad in the world.”
In the comments, Bindi’s mother Terri agreed, “Grace has the best mama, and such a fun dada. She is a beautiful and blessed little angel.”
