While at a New York coffee shop, actor Alec Baldwin was approached by a woman who harassed him over the fatal shooting on the set of the upcoming Western movie Rust, which Alec co-produced and wrote. She also demanded that he say “free Palestine” and “f**k Israel.”
In defense, Alec knocked a phone out of the woman’s hand as she spoke up about the late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who got shot by Alec after the latter discharged a live bullet during rehearsal. The 51-second video of her asking about his jail time made it online attracting wavering opinions.

During the bizarre scene, the woman who appeared disturbed but persistent questioned Alec about his fatal rust shooting asking him to explain why he killed Hutchins. She also demanded answers from him on why he wasn’t serving “jail time.”

She then later switched to begging Alec to show his solidarity for the war going on between Israel and Palestine. Alec ignored her and she kept on disturbing him that she won’t let him go until he says, “free Palestine, f**k Israel.”

Alec held the door open for the woman to leave, however, she refused and he sent her phone flying out of her grip after asking the coffee shop staff to call the police. The clip made it to X with the caption, “White devil Alec Baldwin attacked me while I was trying to get coffee.”
Alec had engaged in an argument with a pro-Palestine protester who wanted to know his stance on the Hamas unrest, which has claimed the lives of more than 1,200 Israelis and 30,000 Palestinians, including over 14,000 children. Aside from that, he pleaded not guilty to manslaughter after mistakenly killing Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza on the outskirts of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Alec was recharged last January after another analysis of the gun used, which he claimed to have not pulled the trigger but the hammer instead. His lawyers accused prosecutors of “violating nearly every rule in the book,” ultimately asking the judge to dismiss the case. The judge has yet to rule, and Rust’s filming is on with Hutchin’s widower Matthew as executive producer.
