First, gather up all of the ingredients and a large jug or pitcher. You will need about 12 cups of pure, filtered water, one cup of raw organic honey, two drops of lavender essential oil (it is very strong so don’t overdo it!), six peeled and juiced lemons, and lemons and lavender springs if you want to add garnishes.

Then simply combine all of the ingredients and add more honey if you would like to make the lavender lemonade a little sweeter! Drink it before bed if you have trouble sleeping or any time you feel anxious or stressed out.
