Never text or talk on the phone while driving. You need to be alert at all times, even at red lights! Also, make sure that you use your turn signals and wave if someone lets you into traffic.

11. Pick up your dog’s poop!

Have you ever been walking and stepped in someone else’s dog’s poop? So annoying! As gross as it can be, you have to pick up your dog’s poop when you are in a public place.

12. Cover your mouth!

If you cough or sneeze, make sure you cover your mouth. This is pretty obvious, but a lot of people don’t do it these days!

13. When you meet someone or say hello…

If you are sitting down and someone comes in, stand up to shake their hand or say hello.

14. Put your phone down

If someone is talking to you, put your phone down. It is so rude to talk, text, or play on your phone while someone is trying to talk to you.

15. Grocery store etiquette

When you’re in line, make sure to put the divider down if there is one. This is just polite to the person behind you. When you go to pay, hand your cashier the cash and don’t throw it on the counter.
