When the two main characters fail to agree on just about everything, finding themselves romantically interested in their pen pals, they have yet to find out that they are actually each other’s pen pal.

Sixteen Candles, starring Molly Ringwald, Justin Henry, and more, is centered around a teenage girl who is dealing with the fact that her parents forgot her birthday! How terrible. She’s also dealing with the onset of a crush on her high school’s most sought-after dream man.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966)

This 1966 film starring Clint Eastwood is staged during the Civil War era, a war between the Union and Confederacy. The plot is centered around three men, who are a loner, a hitman, and a Mexican bandit, who are searching the southwest portion of the United States looking for a strongbox containing $200,000 in gold.
