6. Youth Dew
Youth Dew is a fragrance from Estée Lauder from the 1950s. They now offer two different bottle designs. One is more modern and the other is based on the original bottle. It contains notes of patchouli, rose, and lavender.
7. Charlie
Charlie is a very popular perfume from 1973. Revlon created this scent to appeal to the young working woman. It is still sold today and contains notes of gardenia, hyacinth, violet, and musk.
8. Arpège
This scent was created all the way back in 1927 by Jeanne Lanvin. It contains notes of ylang-ylang, vanilla, neroli, and sandalwood. Lanvin created it for her daughter’s 30th birthday.
9. Tabu
Tabu was made starting in the 1930s and is still around today. It has notes of oak moss, amber and lemon oil, making it pretty unique.
10. Opium
This fragrance caused a controversy when it was released in 1977 due to its name. It is still one of the best selling fragrance by Yves Saint Laurent today and there is now another version called Black Opium. The first Opium fragrance has notes of myrrh, amber, and mandarin.
11. Dior Miss Dior
This fragrance was created in 1947 and is said to be a blend of spicy and floral notes like tuberose, pepper, and coriander. It was popular after World War II.
12. Guerlain Jicky
This one dates all the way back to 1889 by Guerlain. It has notes of lavender, leather, and citrus.
