Heather Deloach became famous after she appeared as a child in a bee costume for Blind Melon’s “No Rain” music video. People fell in love with the 10-year-old bespectacled girl tap-dancing in the classic 1993 video… and has been known as the ‘Bee Girl’ since then. The cute girl is now all grown up and in love. While Mathew, 35, works as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual, Heather represents a world-renowned fertility doctor in Orange County, California. The two had been dating for two-and-a-half years before they finally decided to get married.

In an interview with the People Magazine, the child star spoke about her big day and could not contain her excitement. “We are overjoyed to finally become husband and wife,” she wrote. Mathew and Heather had been best friends before Mathew popped up the big question.

“It’s an amazing feeling when you are marrying your best friend. We can’t wait to start our lives together and one day has our own little bumble bees to add to the hive,” she continued. However, their love story began on the internet and they could not have been happy about chancing upon each other.

“We actually met online!” Heather told the magazine. “All it took was one glance and an amazing first date and we fell in love instantly.” Mathew proposed by taking her to their favorite hotel. “Matt proposed on the balcony of our favorite hotel, The Montage, in Laguna Beach,” Heather revealed.
